I came here for 2 nights and had a very very good stay. I loved the hotel, it was modern and clean with incredible and excellent location close to downtown walking area. The room of this place was top-notch and modern for my kids to rest. Very friendly staff as I wanted.

The hotel rooms are contemporary with a view. They have a refrigerator, tea/coffee making equipment, and a writing table.

The room was spotless, modern, it had a safe box, cable TV with on-demand movies, and a mini fridge bar. All the employees were excellent and very amiable.

The hotel's location was fantastic, with easy access to the shops, restaurants, and campuses in the downtown area. The room was surprisingly spacious and had a modern design, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. We appreciated the convenience of nearby parking, making it easy to unload and settle in. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the beds and bathroom were very comfortable. Having free Netflix in the room was a nice touch and added to the entertainment options during our stay.

The lack of response from the hotel regarding our cancellation request felt unprofessional and lacking in hospitality. It would have been appreciated if the hotel had at least acknowledged our request, even if they were unable to provide a refund.

The location of the hotel was perfect, in the heart of downtown, allowing easy access to restaurants and shops. The room was modern and clean, and the staff were helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

It was clean, staff was excellent. The location was marvellous, around 10-15 minutes walk from a hands - on science museum. Visited few places in the center, at a medium distance from the hotel. Loved the fantastic restaurant.

I recently stayed at a hotel in downtown Ithaca and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to the shops and restaurants in the area. It was also close to both Ithaca College and Cornell campuses, which was a plus for me. The room itself was clean and well-designed, giving it a boutique hotel feel. The staff were attentive and friendly, providing details about the artwork in the lobby.

This was not what I expected and definitely left me wanting more.

The service was outstanding, the food was outstanding. The bed was comfortable and the room was comfy and fine. Overall the staff was very amiable and extremely helpful. The location was excellant there, in restaurant was very good.
